The condo is on the Bottom floor of a Triplex. 900 sq ft of living space with its own private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, hot tub and a deck. Hot tub is located on the deck with an ocean view.

There are two other condos in the building with their own private entrance, hot tub and deck as well.
